    This workout will help you equalize blood pressure, aid in controlling diabetes, stress elimination and relaxation, detoxifies and repairs internal organs, helps digestion, promotes anti-aging process, rejuvenates the entire body, provides cardio and circulation benefits, provides toning, shaping and building muscle. Bring a thick mat, wear loose clothes and don't eat two hours prior to class.
