This workout will help you equalize blood pressure, aid in controlling diabetes, stress elimination and relaxation, detoxifies and repairs internal organs, helps digestion, promotes anti-aging process, rejuvenates the entire body, provides cardio and circulation benefits, provides toning, shaping and building muscle. Bring a thick mat, wear loose clothes and don't eat two hours prior to class.

Charity knit and crochet meets here every Thursday. Bring your own supplies. Projects are baby hats for hospital, Veterans lap robes, hats and scarves, mittens for Holiday tree.

Lifting weights and performing other core strength training exercise can lead to benefits that add yet another layer of well being to your life. Working out with resistance of any kind will lead to stronger bones, better flexibility and increased strength. Joe DeMattio Jr. from JDFitness is the instructor.
