Music and art will grace the Taylor Conservatory and Botanical Gardens for the third year.

The concerts are held outdoors, weather permitting, on the terrace next to the 1/3-scale replica of the Anna Scripps Whitcomb Conservatory on Belle Ile.  The terrace is surrounded by a half brick wall that produces a natural parabolic sound effect.  Sound engineer and musician, Bob Boonenberg, mixes the sound using a small PA system.  The parabolic effect carries the sound out to the audience in a natural way which is great for the Jazz acts.

Guests bring their lounge chairs and sit among  the well groomed gardens to enjoy the sounds of world class musicians and sights of beautiful art work by some of Michigan’s best fine artists. Southgate’s Crystal Gardens provides the beverage service so that you may have a glass of wine, craft beer or cocktail while enjoying the scene.

The admission for all regular season concerts is $5 at the door.  No outside food or beverages are permitted.  Cash bar opens at 5:30.  Live music from 6:30 to 8:30   For more info including rain out location visit or conservatory or call 888-383-4108
