Beaumont Health has partnered with the National Kidney Foundation of Michigan to host multiple free, six-week workshops across Southeast Michigan to help adults with type 2 diabetes improve their overall health and have increased energy. Family members and caregivers are also welcome to attend.
Managing diabetes can present challenges to daily living, and making changes can be tough. Diabetes PATH is a fun, interactive workshop conducted by two trained leaders—at least one has diabetes—who run small group discussions and provide user-friendly course materials.
