The City of Taylor will begin accepting Marihuana Business Permit Applications beginning October 1 at 12 a.m. (midnight). Please note, any forms submitted before this time will be considered invalid, and will not be processed.
Another thing to be aware of is applications will not be reviewed until the $2,500 non-refundable application fee is received by the Clerk's office. The fee must be paid within five (5) business days of submission, along with any original documents requested.

Acceptable forms of payment: cash, check, money order.
If the permit is approved, the $2,500 license fee shall be paid within five (5) business days of approval. Any deficiencies in the application must be cured within five (5) days of notification. If they are not cured, the application will be rejected, and a new application and fee will need to be submitted for consideration.
