Company painting addresses on curbs is not approved by the City

REFLECTIVE CURB ADDRESS

A company currently soliciting homeowners to paint "reflective home addresses" on curbs throughout the community has nothing to do with the City of Taylor.

The organization appears to be going door-to-door selling the service for various prices (see flyer at the bottom of this story). The flier offers information about the program under the headline, "Notice: Street Address Maintenance Company."

There is nothing preventing homeowners from doing business with this company. But everyone should recognize that this is not a City of Taylor project, and the company has no permits or licenses to do this type of work in the City.
