4. The 23rd District Court wishes to handle as many cases by video-conferencing as possible. There are certain types of cases or proceedings that require in person appearances. The Court will review your request and respond within 2 business days as to whether your specific case(s) can be handled through video-conferencing. The Court will provide complete instructions to all parties at the time of scheduling.
