Carnival, sponsored by Meijer, continues daylong ($25 armbands) Taylor Summer Festival Concert Series: Stephen Pearcy, the Voice of RATT, with Slaughter/ Sheridan Pavilion / Gates Open at 6 p.m. No lawn chairs allowed inside the pavilion / Must have ID for alcohol. No refunds. Parking inside and surrounding Heritage Park is $10
