    Josie Filek is a certified fitness instructor/health and wellness coach. This class is a wellness and exercise class. She teaches about the components that go into being healthy and how to nourish yourself through all areas of your life. You will learn different exercises in this class that will benefit everyone. Topics discussed in class are nutrition, exercise, sleep, relationships, brain health, balance, spirituality, and so much more.
